Does Setio work offline?
Yes. All features work without an internet connection. Your data is stored locally and syncs automatically when you reconnect.
How do I create a training program?
Go to the Programs tab, tap "Create Program", add sessions and pick exercises from our curated library. You can customize sets, reps and rest times for each exercise.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export all your training data from the Settings screen. Your data is yours.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers within 30 days.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Supabase (EU-hosted) for cloud sync and store authentication tokens in your device's secure enclave.
Can I import data from another app?
Yes. Setio supports importing workout history from Strong via CSV export.
